Here, we can ask the further question of swapping the predication given in Article 4, rather than asking if we can say "the Father is God," we can say "God is the Father" or even "God is the Trinity." Further versions of this could be "the Divine Essence is the Trinity."
The reason for this is the real identity that is had between the person and the essence.
This can lead to some interesting combinations, such as "the essence is the Father." The reason, again, has to do with the denial of the universal/particular distinction in God due to the identity of the esse in and the distinction that merely occurs by the esse ad of the relations. Thus, while it would be formally wrong to say that "human nature is this man," the same does not apply to God.
