This, here, is my favorite article in the entire corpus of St. Thomas. For, here, he brings in the fact that all good is formally and eminently contained in God (cf., ST.I.Q6.A4) and applies this to the fact of our blessedness, showing that any good we seek, no matter how small is a ray that shines forth the Divine goodness and awaits that perfect blessedness in the possession of the Divinity by the beatific vision.
